Meghan Markle's Ring







Prince Harry has given Meghan Markle a very meaningful engagement ring. The center stone is from Botswana, a place that is very important to them, and the first place that they traveled in their relationship. The two side stones are from Princess Diana's jewelry, because even though Princess Diana will not get to meet Meghan, he wanted Princess Diana with them on this special moment in their lives. He said that his mother and Meghan would be "thick as thieves". If you haven't watched the engagement interview yet, click here to see it!

The Royal Ascot 2019

Every summer, members of the British royal family attend the famous Royal Ascot, which is a horse race. This year, some of the members of the royal family that went included the Queen, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Princess Anne, and Zara Tindall. Also, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands were in attendance. Notably absent were the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were most likely at home with their a little more than a month old son Archie. In terms of style, the Queen opted for her usual monochromatic look with a blue coat and hat. The Duchess of Cambridge also donned a pleated pale blue dress and fascinator of the same shade to match. Princess Beatrice also wore an all pale blue attire with a wide brimmed blue hat with pink, blue, and yellow tassels. It's A Boy!!!!

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has given birth to a baby boy! According to the Royal Family's Twitter, the baby weighs seven pounds and three ounces. Prince Harry has announced that they will share the name as a family in two days time. I am personally delighted with the news and will keep you posted. -Alverdine
