Beware of Faux Royal Drama

You walk down the isle of your local grocery store, and you see articles about a "feud" between Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. Maybe you believe the headlines, maybe you don't.

But, here's the real facts, it's fake news.

People are just assuming that there is tension between the two sisters in law. There is no proof, no clear fact we can point to with the assured knowledge it is what it seems to be. For, example, we don't know the real reason Meghan wasn't at Catherine's birthday party, or why the Sussexes are moving to Windsor. So, my message to the people who are creating the drama is to stop it. These are real people who you keep spreading rumors about, and even Kensington Palace, who rarely comments on these rumors, has intervened in an attempt to stop the drama.

So, in conclusion, take everything you hear about a feud between Catherine and Meghan with a grain of salt, because you don't know the whole story.

  1. I heard that Kate and Meghan fought with swords...to the death! I also heard that William and Harry fought with swords...to the death! My primary source for this is Swords Illustrated, a reputable bi-weekly publication. What say you?

The Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle!

First things first, Meghan's dress was gorgeous. It was simple, elegant, and stunning. The second thing is, the fasinators were amazing! But, before I get into that, let's start at the beginning. This is how I viewed the wedding. 4:00 am - Turned on the television. At this point, people had not started to arrive yet, and it was mainly reporters speculating about Meghan's dress. 4:30 to 5:00 am - People started to come, mainly aristocrats, Hollywood stars, and friends of Harry and Meghan, including Oprah Winfrey, Serena Williams, and Prince Harry's ex Chelsy Davy. Reporters also interviewed people who had charities that Harry and Meghan supported. Sometime after that, (I lost track of the time,) some more celebrities and aristocrats came, including the Middletons, the Beckhams and the Clooneys, as well as some more actresses. Then, the royal family began to arrive. The first royal that I saw was Zara Tindall, who is  pregnant with her second child, who is due v...

Royal Travels: Costuming The Crown

I recently went to the exhibit Costuming The Crown, at Winterthur, the estate of the du Pont family in Delaware, United States. While Delaware may seem like an unlikely place for royal happenings, it currently houses an exhibit with approximately 40 costumes and props from the award winning Netflix television show, The Crown. Yes, you read that correctly. You can currently view costumes and props from The Crown at the Winterthur Museum in Delaware. Some of the most impressive and iconic costumes on display are... 1. Queen Elizabeth's Coronation Gown 2. Prince Philip's Uniform 3. Queen Mary of Teck's Dress 4. Queen Elizabeth's Black Coat (When she gets off the plane in season 1, episode 2) 5. Queen Elizabeth's Wedding Dress 6. Princess Margaret's Wedding Dress 7. Queen Elizabeth and Princess Margaret's Ballgowns (The two on t...
